What is aMember + Incremental Content mean?
aMember Pro is a robust and powerful subscription software, which can integrate with many front-end systems like Wordpress, and payment processors like PayPal.
There is a plugin for aMember which allows you to drip feed content to your members, known as the Incremental Content plugin.
The aMember + Incremental Content setup is a killer combination for subscription sites or even product sites, since you are able to control the release of the content to your members depending on when they started their subscription or purchase.
What is going on?
The aMember + Incremental Content setup does not have a central system to regulate and monitor content.
If you are looking at possible expansion of your current website, or a scalable content system that may grow in size, then it makes sense to have a central control panel to access your content.
This way, you will have a consolidated control over your loose articles, rather than have them all over your directories and subdirectories. After some weeks, you probably do not remember which directories have which articles. Imagine the hassle of going through each directory. That is when a CMS (content management system) comes in.
You can:
- Manage content,
- Edit it,
- Categorize it,
- Tag it,
- Add sidebars for navigation,
- Add menus,
- Add a sidebar login,
- Customize links to other sites
- Add advertisements (if applicable).
- Change themes in a few clicks,
- Install plugins to increase features,
- Write new posts & pages with a click or two,
- Have SEO-friendly permalinks, and
- Organize your content under one roof with Wordpress.
Who doesn’t want a convenient, time-saving solution like a CMS to manage the site?
However, there hasn’t been a complete integration for aMember + Incremental Content with Wordpress… until now.
What is the Test Signup about?
It is for testing out the Bridge.
The plugin has been installed on this site and configured with test posts and categories: Week 1 and Week 2.

If you are not yet an aMember user, the reason for personal Test Signup accounts is because aMember has a security feature that will lock accounts if accounts sharing is detected.
What is the name of your software?
The official name for our flagship product is “aMember Incremental Content Wordpress Bridge”. In short you can call it AIC WPB, Incremental Wordpress Bridge, Incremental Bridge, The Bridge.
For Walled Garden, the official name is “Walled Garden with Pretty Permalinks”.
