Do you do customizations for your clients?

Yes, we do customizations and installs for you and our clients. Currently, our top customization request is the aMember + Wordpress Customization Suite, where we have a 24-hour (weekday) turnaround time.

How do I request for (any) customization?

Please email Support with your request and we will be able to let you know if we are able to deliver the customization for you and the fees involved.

Many of our clients face a common problem with integrating aMember with Wordpress theme to match their look and feel. With the Customization Suite, our clients are able to achieve 100% look-and-feel integration of Wordpress and aMember templates in a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time.

Do I need to install Wordpress and/or aMember first?

Usually our clients already have Wordpress and aMember installed, and they have decided on the Wordpress theme they would like to use.

If you have not installed Wordpress or aMember, we can do it for you. Please contact Support.

How do I order the Customization Suite? What happens next?

You can order the Customization Suite here. Upon your successful order, you will receive an email detailing the information you need to provide us so that we can carry out your request. For instance, FTP access and Admin level logins.

Kindly consolidate all the information in 1 email to us for easy referencing. This will expedite the customization suite request as well.

If you did not receive an email, please contact Support with your username. We may ask to confirm your invoice number.

I want to keep “Powered by aMember Pro membership software”. Where do I indicate this to you?

Please indicate this in your email to us. If there is no indication, we will remove the “Powered by” during customization by default.

Can I make changes to my Wordpress theme after customization?

Sure you can. You can make changes to the same Wordpress theme that we customized for you - edit CSS, header images, footer text, add pages, links, categories, etc. If there’s something you are not sure of, please contact Support.

However, if you are looking to switch Wordpress themes after the customization, we need to do a theme-switch for you. You can order a customization request for a theme-switch here. Please do not perform the switch yourself, as you will run into templating issues.

I need it fast. What are the turnaround times like?

Our turnaround times are 24-hours on weekdays and 48-hours on weekends, mostly to allow for timezone differences.

For some of our clients, they put a request before going to bed and wake up with their brand new website already integrated. We can’t promise the same for everyone, but we will be as speedy as we possibly can with our workload.

  • Each customization suite request is for 1 Wordpress theme and 1 aMember installation only.
  • We will refund your payment in full if we are unable to accomplish the Customization Suite.
