Software Overview (THE SOFTWARE)

The software (thereafter referred to as “The Software” under Policies and Agreement) sold on this site will work only if it complements your existing setup:

Existing setup: aMember v3.1.2 to v3.1.4 + Wordpress v2.7
Usage/Effect: Walled Garden with Pretty Permalinks

Software: The Bridge
Existing setup: aMember v3.1.2 to v3.1.4 + Incremental Content v2.1 + Wordpress v2.6.x or v2.7
Usage/Effect: Wordpress as CMS able to control content delivery for Incremental Content

If your existing setup is working, your purchased Software will be able to work as well.

Policies

SALES POLICY

aMemberIncremental.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee for each Software purchase.

After your purchase, you will be given access in the Member’s Area to download your purchase immediately.

We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards. For other payment methods, please contact Support.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for each Software purchase. Please contact Support with your User ID and request(s).

Refunds are made only to the credit card which was used for the purchase.

FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

If we receive a chargeback for your payment, your IP will be blacklisted for all future sales of our Software and services.

Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Software is a copyrighted work of authorship, and is also protected under applicable laws. AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist.

By installing and using The Software on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent (’Corporate Licensee’). In this Agreement, ‘you’ includes both the reader and any Corporate Licensee.

  • This license grants you to install The Software on the domains you own that meet the existing setup requirement for each Software.
  • The licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying any copies in any form.
  • You undertake to:-
    • ensure that, prior to use of the Software by your employees or agents, all such parties are notified of the terms of this Agreement; and
    • hold all data (including object and source codes), software listings and all other information relating to the Software confidential and not at any time, during the period of the licence or after its expiry, disclose the same whether directly or indirectly to any third party without AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM’s consent.
  • The Software source code may be altered at your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such alteration.
  • The Software may not be used for anything that would represent or is associated with an Intellectual Property violation, including, but not limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.
  • If any of the terms of this Agreement are violated, AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM reserves the right to revoke the licence at any time.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The software and the accompanying files are sold “As Is” and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warrantied whether expressed or implied.

AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM is not liable for the content of any site powered by the Software.

You must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

GENERAL

This Agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between you and AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM, and supercedes all representations, understandings or prior agreements between you and AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM.

AMEMBERINCREMENTAL.COM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
